- Get clear on your intention
- Activate your sensual energy
- Direct that energy toward your desire
And the best part? This practice isn’t something you have to get good at. It meets you exactly where you are and grows with you.

🕯️ How to Do a Sex Magick Ritual (Step-by-Step)
You don’t need a bunch of tools or prior experience.
All you need is your body, your breath, your intention—and space to explore.
Here’s how to begin:
1. Set the Space
- Dim the lights, light a candle, play a sensual playlist
- Lay down a blanket or towel to define your sacred space
- Optional: add items that represent your intention (crystals, flowers, journal, etc.)
Make this space feel like a temple for your body and your desires.
2. Choose an Intention
What do you want to call in through this ritual?
This could be something physical (like more money, a new relationship, or career clarity), or energetic (like confidence, healing, or creative flow).
Keep it clear and emotionally resonant—something that evokes genuine desire in you.
You can write it down, speak it aloud, or hold it in your heart.
3. Ground With Breath
Begin with a few deep breaths:
- Inhale through your nose
- Exhale through your mouth with sound
Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly. Feel yourself land in your body.
Let the outside world drop away.
4. Awaken Sensation
Begin to gently awaken your pleasure through touch, breath, and movement.
You might:
- Stroke your skin
- Use a wand, yoni egg, or simply your hands
- Move your hips, roll your shoulders, or sound softly
The goal is to build arousal slowly and intentionally—not to rush toward climax.
Let the energy build in your pelvis. Breathe with it. Be with it.
5. Circulate the Energy
As arousal builds, begin to move the energy up through your body.
Imagine it rising through each chakra:
- From your root and sacral (pelvis)

Visualize it. Feel it. Let it fully land in your body.
Then, in that peak moment, send it out:
- Imagine your intention shooting out through the crown of your head
- See a beam of light or wave of energy moving into the universe
- Let it go with trust, knowing the work is done
This is the energetic release of your magick.
7. Close With Gratitude
Place your hands back on your heart and womb.
Take a few slow breaths.
Thank your body. Thank the energy. Thank your desire.
You might journal what you experienced, or simply lie in stillness to integrate. This part matters—let it settle into your nervous system.
